Terms of Service

1. Adults only

ModelTrackr links to adult content. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that's higher, and allowed to view adult content in your country.

2. What ModelTrackr is

ModelTrackr is an independent tool that shows when Chaturbate broadcasters are online, their usual schedules and rankings, and sends alerts. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Chaturbate. "Chaturbate" is a trademark of its owner. We don't host, record or store any broadcast: streams are played from Chaturbate's own servers, and only while a room is public.

Information comes from public data and can be delayed or wrong. Schedules and predictions are estimates. We can't guarantee that an alert arrives, or arrives on time.

3. Affiliate links

Links to Chaturbate contain our affiliate code. If you sign up or buy tokens there, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This is how much of ModelTrackr is funded.

4. Your account

• Keep your sign-in details private; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Don't create accounts to get around plan limits or free trials.
• You can delete your account at any time by emailing us from the address on the account.

5. Plus subscription

• Free trial: new accounts may get a free Plus trial (currently 7 days). No payment details are needed, and you're moved back to the free plan automatically when it ends.
• Billing: Plus is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through PayPal, at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. It renews automatically until you cancel.
• Cancelling: cancel anytime from your account or your PayPal settings. You keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• Refunds: if you're a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw within 14 days of your first payment by contacting us. Otherwise, payments aren't refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong, write to us and we'll look at it fairly.
• We may change prices for future billing periods; we'll tell you before a change applies to you.

6. Acceptable use

Don't:

• use ModelTrackr to find, or try to find, anyone under 18, or any non-consensual content;
• harass broadcasters, or try to find their personal or offline information;
• record, download or redistribute streams;
• scrape the site, overload it, or try to get around its limits or security.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Liability

ModelTrackr is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, missed shows, or content on third-party sites such as Chaturbate, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we'll email account holders about significant changes. These terms are governed by French law, without removing the protections of the consumer law of the country where you live.
