Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account details: your email address and a password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider). If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile from Google. We never see your Google password.
• What you do in the app: the models you follow and favorite, your alert settings, saved "watch for me" searches, in-app notifications, and the time you spend watching in our player (used for your own stats).
• Phone and desktop alerts: if you turn them on, your browser gives us a push address so we can deliver notifications. Turning alerts off removes it.
• AI Agent: the requests you type are sent to our AI provider to find matching rooms. We don't store the text of your conversations; we only count requests per day to apply plan limits.
• Payments: handled entirely by PayPal. We receive your subscription status and ID, never your card or bank details.
• Anonymous visit statistics: pages viewed, the referring website, country and device type. Visitors are identified only by a one-way code that changes every day, made from your IP address and browser; the IP address itself is never stored. No cookies are used for this. Kept for 90 days.
• Outbound clicks: when you open a room on Chaturbate through our links, we record which button was used, to see what's useful.

Google user data

If you choose "Continue with Google", we ask Google only for the basic sign-in permissions (openid, email and profile). This gives us your email address, your name and your profile picture, and nothing else: no access to your Gmail, contacts, Drive, calendar or any other Google service.

• How we use it: only to create your ModelTrackr account, sign you in, and send account emails (such as trial or password notices).
• Storage: stored in our authentication database (Supabase), protected by access controls and encryption in transit.
• Sharing: never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with anyone except the service providers listed below that run the service for us.
• Deletion: you can disconnect ModelTrackr from your Google account at any time (myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party connections), and ask us to delete your account and data by emailing contact@modeltrackr.com.

ModelTrackr's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2. Why we use it

• To run your account and send the alerts you asked for (performing our contract with you).
• To send account emails: sign-in links, password resets, and notices about your free trial or subscription. Every non-essential email has an unsubscribe link.
• To understand which pages and features are used and improve them (legitimate interest).
• To prevent abuse and keep the service secure.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use advertising trackers.

3. Who processes it for us

• Supabase: database and authentication.
• Vercel: website hosting.
• Hostinger: email delivery.
• PayPal: subscription payments.
• OpenRouter: processing AI Agent requests.
• Google: only if you choose "Continue with Google".

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, under safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use only what the site needs to work: a sign-in session, your 18+ confirmation, and preferences such as a dismissed banner or a collapsed sidebar. Guests' follows are kept in the browser's local storage. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account exists. Anonymous visit statistics are deleted after 90 days. When your account is deleted, we delete your follows, alerts, notifications and settings with it.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing contact@modeltrackr.com from the address on your account. We answer within 30 days. If you're in the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

7. Age

ModelTrackr is for adults only. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn that we have, we delete the account.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above, and email account holders about significant changes.

The data controller is the publisher named in our Legal Notice.
