Seen #CB15 on Chaturbate or social media and wondering what it means? CB15 stands for "Chaturbate 15": the site's 15th anniversary. Chaturbate launched in 2011, and in 2026 it is celebrating 15 years with a year-long campaign.
What does CB15 mean?
- CB = Chaturbate (the usual short name for the site).
- 15 = 15 years since Chaturbate launched in 2011.
So CB15 = Chaturbate's 15th anniversary. You'll see it as #CB15 or #15YearsofCB in Chaturbate's own posts, in model room subjects and on social media.
When did CB15 start?
Chaturbate announced the CB15 campaign in March 2026 as a year-long celebration, so you'll keep seeing the name throughout 2026. Chaturbate's official updates account introduced it with a teaser about a new look, followed by the launch.
What's included in CB15?
According to Chaturbate's announcement, the anniversary year brings:
- A refreshed brand identity: a new look for the site, part of the "makeover" Chaturbate teased when the campaign started;
- New creator tools, including new ways for broadcasters to earn;
- Better visibility for broadcasters: changes to how rooms get discovered, so more models can be found;
- Expanded discovery tools to help viewers find performers;
- Additional safety features for creators and viewers;
- Events for creators, including an in-person creator retreat in April 2026 and virtual workshops on building a brand and business.
Chaturbate also highlighted support for its LGBTQ creator community as part of the campaign.
What CB15 means for viewers
For viewers, the most visible changes are the new look and the discovery updates: how rooms are presented and found. If the site looks different from what you remember, that's part of CB15. See our guide to Chaturbate's new interface for how to find your way around.
Better visibility for smaller broadcasters also means more variety on the home page. If you like discovering new people, try ModelTrackr's Discover page, which can also show fast-growing Rising rooms and Hidden gems (great rooms with small audiences).
Chaturbate in numbers, 15 years on
